All of your notification preferences live in one place: open Explore, then select Notifications in the sidebar (on iOS, Menu → Notifications). The panel is headed Notifications — Manage your push and email notifications.
What you can control
Primary Area of Expertise — the practice area that drives your Morning Lens editorial and your breaking alerts.
Morning Lens
- Push notification — a morning nudge on your device (iOS). "Your daily AI briefing at 9:30 AM CET."
- Email digest — receive The Morning Lens (and optionally The Weekly Lens) by email. This is a Pro feature; on Free accounts the row shows a Pro badge and an Upgrade to Pro link.
Evening Reminder
- Push notification — a gentle 6 PM nudge if you haven't read the day's Lens (iOS).
Breaking Alerts
- Push notification — real-time alerts for new judgments, legislation and regulatory updates (iOS). You can choose which Content types trigger them, add Additional categories, and limit them to specific Jurisdictions. Alerts are capped and spaced out (at least an hour apart) so they don't overwhelm you.
Quiet Hours — no push notifications are sent between 23:00 and 06:00.
Saving your changes
Select Save Preferences at the bottom of the panel. You'll see "Saved" when it's done.
Push vs. email
- Push notifications are delivered on the iOS app only (there's no web or Android push). See Notifications on the iOS app.
- Email digests work everywhere and require Pro. See Email digests: The Morning Lens & The Weekly Lens.
