Push notifications (iOS)

Push notifications keep you up to date on your device. They're available in the LexLens iOS app only — there's no web or Android push.

Turning them on

The first time you sign in to the iOS app, iOS asks for permission to send notifications — choose Allow. If you dismissed it, you can enable notifications for LexLens in iOS Settings → Notifications → LexLens.

Then choose which pushes you want under Menu → Notifications:

  • Morning Lens push — a morning nudge when your daily Lens is ready (around 9:30 CET).
  • Evening Reminder — a 6 PM nudge if you haven't read the day's Lens.
  • Breaking Alerts — real-time alerts for new judgments, legislation and regulatory updates, which you can filter by content type, category and jurisdiction. These are capped per day and spaced at least an hour apart, and none are sent during Quiet Hours (23:00–06:00).

Tapping a Morning Lens or Evening Reminder opens the Daily Lens; tapping a breaking alert opens that article.

Not getting pushes?

The most common causes are notification permissions being off, or using a non–App Store build. See I'm not receiving notifications for the full checklist.
