Enterprise users can send an article straight into a Microsoft Teams chat.
How to share
- Open the article.
- In the detail panel's action row, select Share to Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft Teams opens with the article ready to post — choose the chat or channel and send.
No special connection or setup is needed; it uses Microsoft's own sharing link.
Who has it
The Share to Microsoft Teams button appears for Enterprise users (including members whose access is provided by their organisation). On Free and Pro accounts the button isn't shown.
Just want a link?
Anyone can select Share article to copy a link to the clipboard and paste it anywhere.
