Managing or cancelling your subscription

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it.

If you subscribed on the web (Stripe)

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. Select Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. There you can update your payment card, download invoices, or cancel.

If you subscribed in the iOS app (Apple)

Manage it in your Apple Account: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → LexLens. Turn off auto-renewal to cancel. (The app doesn't show web billing links, per App Store rules.)

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your Account Settings will show "Cancels {date}" instead of "Renews {date}", and your access continues until that date. You won't be charged again.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past due and you'll see a prompt to update your billing. Update your card in the billing portal to keep your Pro features.

Downgrading

There's no separate "downgrade" step — cancelling returns you to the Free plan at the end of your paid period. You keep your account and data; the Pro-only features simply lock again.
