Refunds

The short version

Cancelling stops future billing — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. See Managing or cancelling your subscription.

App Store (iOS) purchases

If you subscribed through the iOS app, Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or via iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. LexLens can't issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Web (Stripe) purchases

For web subscriptions, cancelling in the billing portal stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

As LexLens Pro is a digital service that starts immediately, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal is limited: once the service has been used for a period, no refund is due for that period. If you believe you have a specific billing issue, contact support and we'll review it.
