If your firm or company provides LexLens through an Enterprise organisation, your access is included — there's nothing for you to buy.
What you'll see
- In Account Settings, instead of upgrade/billing buttons, you'll see "Your Pro/Enterprise access is provided by {your organisation}."
- On the pricing and upgrade pages, you'll see "You're covered by your organisation" with a link to Go to Organization.
If you also have a personal Pro subscription
If you upgraded personally before your firm added you, you may be paying for Pro you no longer need. LexLens will show an amber note: "You also have a personal Pro subscription — cancel your personal subscription to avoid paying twice." Select Cancel personal subscription to manage it in the billing portal. (You keep Pro until the end of your paid period; your organisation covers you in the meantime.)
Leaving or losing organisation access
If your organisation's subscription ends, or an admin removes you, you keep your account and personal data, but Enterprise/Pro features provided by the org will lock (you revert to your personal plan, usually Free). There's no data loss — you can continue on Free or upgrade personally.
Questions about seats or billing
Enterprise billing is handled directly with your organisation's admin and the LexLens team — not self-serve. If you need more seats or have billing questions, ask your organisation's admin, who can contact LexLens.
