Push notifications are iOS-app only (no web or Android push). If you're expecting pushes:
1. Are you using the App Store app?
Push only works in the official App Store build of LexLens on iOS. A test/development build won't receive notifications reliably. If in doubt, install LexLens from the App Store.
2. Are notifications allowed?
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → LexLens and make sure notifications are on (with banners/lock screen as you prefer). If you declined the prompt originally, this is where to re-enable them.
3. Are the right toggles on in LexLens?
Under Menu → Notifications, confirm the pushes you want are on (Morning Lens push, Evening Reminder, Breaking Alerts), then Save Preferences.
4. Quiet Hours
No pushes are sent between 23:00 and 06:00. Breaking alerts are also limited per day and spaced at least an hour apart, so you won't get every item instantly.
5. Try re-signing in
Signing out and back in re-registers your device for push. This resolves most "was working, now isn't" cases — especially after reinstalling or updating iOS.
Still nothing?
Contact support with the email on your account and your iPhone/iOS version. Note that "I didn't get a notification" can also simply mean there was nothing new to send that day for your chosen areas.
