First: update the app
Because the app stays in sync with the website, most "a feature is missing" or "it looks different from my colleague's" issues on iOS are fixed by updating to the latest version. Open the App Store, search LexLens, and tap Update if offered — or accept the in-app Update Now prompt. See Keeping the app up to date.
"A colleague sees something I don't"
- They may be on a different plan (Free vs Pro vs Enterprise) — some features are plan-specific.
- They may be on a newer app version — update yours.
- Enterprise features (curated feed, notes, Team Lenses) require being in an organisation and, for some, a team.
The app is blank on launch
If you open the app with no internet connection, it may not load. Reconnect and reopen. Once it's open, going offline shows cached articles with an "You're offline" banner.
Try a clean sign-in
Sign out and back in to refresh your session and re-register for notifications. This clears a range of transient issues.

Contact support with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version (if you can see it in the App Store), and a screenshot.
