I'm not receiving email digests

1. Are you on Pro (or Enterprise)?

Email digests — The Morning Lens and The Weekly Lens — are a Pro feature (included with Enterprise). On Free, the Email digest option is locked with a Pro badge. Upgrade to enable it. See LexLens plans compared.

2. Is the digest turned on?

Open Notifications (Explore sidebar; iOS: Menu → Notifications), switch on Email digest under Morning Lens, choose Daily or Weekly, and select Save Preferences.

3. Check spam and add the sender

Digests come from [email protected]. Check your spam/junk folder and add that address to your contacts or safe-senders list so future ones arrive in your inbox.

4. Confirm your email address

Make sure the email on your account is correct and current. If you recently changed it, confirm the change completed (see How do I change my email address?). If your address ever bounced or you unsubscribed, re-enable the digest in Notifications.

5. Timing and quiet days

The Morning Lens is sent each morning and the Weekly Lens on Mondays. On a genuinely quiet day with nothing new in your practice area, the content may be minimal.
