Padlocks on content types

If Case Law, Regulatory, Legislation, Competition or Papers show a padlock, that content is part of Pro. Free accounts see News, Blogposts, Social and Videos. Upgrade to Pro (or use your Enterprise access) to unlock the rest. See Content types explained.

"My feed looks empty"

  • No practice areas set? Home needs at least one area to build your briefing. Add areas via the Your Areas widget or Account Settings. See How do I change my areas of practice?.
  • A filter is hiding things? In Explore, clear active filters (content type, jurisdiction, date) — an active filter can narrow results more than you expect.
  • Jurisdiction too narrow? Try the National ↔ EU toggle or widen the Jurisdiction filter. Some national-language articles only show when their jurisdiction is selected.

"An article has no summary or related items"

  • AI summaries are generated for certain content (like judgments and EU legislation); not every item has one.
  • Related articles appear for legal-research content (judgments, legislation, regulatory, blogposts, papers, competition) — general news and videos don't show them.

"I can't find a Procurement tab"

Procurement items appear in your Daily Lens and under All, and open normally, but there isn't a dedicated Procurement filter tab. Use search or open items from the Daily Lens.
