LexLens organisations have two roles: Admin and Member.
What each role can do
| Capability | Member | Admin |

| Read the team's curated feed, notes, and shared lenses | ✅ | ✅ |
| Use all Enterprise features (Pro content, save, etc.) | ✅ | ✅ |
| Invite / remove members | — | ✅ |

| Create teams, set team defaults | — | ✅ |
| Manage branding, curators, and team lenses | — | ✅ |
| View organisation analytics | — | ✅ |
Members see a read-only View team version of the Organisation page.
Changing someone's role
In the Members card, use the role dropdown next to a person to switch them between Member and Admin.
The last-admin safeguard
Every organisation must keep at least one admin. If you try to remove or demote the only remaining admin, LexLens blocks it:
- "Cannot remove the last admin. Promote another member to admin first."
- "Cannot demote the last admin. Promote another member first."
Promote someone else to Admin first, then make the change.
Curators are separate
Being able to publish into team feeds is granted separately as a curator permission — see Managing curators. Admins can always curate; members can be granted curator rights without becoming admins.
