Branding your organisation

Admins can add a logo and a pinned message that the whole team sees on their Home screen.

Uploading a logo

  1. On the Organisation page, open the Branding card.
  2. Select Upload logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP; keep the file under 12 MB — LexLens resizes it for you).
  3. To remove it later, select Remove.

Members see the logo in their Home masthead next to your organisation name.

Setting a pinned note

Use the Pinned note field to leave a short message for your team — for example, what to watch this week. It's limited to 500 characters and appears on every member's Home as a card headed "From {your organisation}". Select Save note to publish it.

The pinned note is plain text (no formatting or links), shown exactly as you type it.
