The Analytics page (from the Analytics button on the Organisation page) shows how your team is engaging with LexLens and how your seats are being used. It's available to admins.
What you'll see
- Seats, Members, Active (30d), Dormant — headline counts, including members with no activity in 30+ days.
- Weekly engagement (last 12 weeks) — an engagement trend.
- Engagement by team — members, active users and reads per team.
- Configured vs. actually read — whether members' set-up areas match what they read.
- Most-read practice areas, Content mix, Jurisdictions (30d).
- Most read in your organisation (30d) — top articles across the team.
- Team lens usage and Member activity.
Privacy: what analytics does not show
LexLens analytics is built to respect member privacy:
- Content consumption is only ever shown aggregated to team level or above — never "this person read that article."
- The Most read list only includes items read by at least two colleagues, so nothing traces back to one individual.
- Per-person rows show only account activity — last active, role, team, active/dormant status — never what someone read.
This is intentional: you get a clear picture of team engagement and ROI without surveilling individuals. The page states it plainly: "Content data is aggregated — individual reading is never shown."
