Setting up Team Lenses

Team Lenses are shared saved searches that appear automatically for every member of your organisation — perfect for tracking a key client, matter, or topic firm-wide.

Creating a Team Lens

  1. On the Organisation page, open the Team lenses card.
  2. Give the lens a name (e.g. a client name) and the keywords to track (e.g. the company name and its brands).
  3. Select Add team lens.

They match against article titles and descriptions, and show up with a # prefix on every member's Home and Explore, alongside their own personal Custom Lenses.

Editing and removing

Manage Team Lenses from the same card. Deleting one asks for confirmation and removes it for everyone.

Team Lenses vs. personal Custom Lenses

  • Team Lenses are created by admins and shared with the whole organisation.
  • Custom Lenses are personal and created by each member (Pro/Enterprise).

Both appear together so members get firm-wide monitoring plus their own.
