Creating an account
- Go to lexlens.io and choose Create an account.
- Enter your Name, Email, and a Password (at least 8 characters), then select Create account.
- We'll send a verification link to your email — open it within 24 hours to activate your account. Didn't get it? Use the Didn't receive it? Resend link on the confirmation screen (and check your spam folder).
Prefer not to create a password? Choose Sign up with Google instead — your account is created from your Google identity in one step, with no separate password.
Signing in
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and password and select Sign in, or use Continue with Google.
Your sign-in method is set when the account is created:
- Email & password — the standard option above.
- Google — use the Continue with Google button every time. There is no separate LexLens password on these accounts.
- Lexstream Academy — if you have an academy.lexstream.io account, sign in with those same email and password credentials in the normal email/password form. No separate button is needed.
- Single sign-on (SSO) — if your organisation uses SSO, go to lexlens.io/sso, enter your work email, and select Continue with SSO to be taken to your company's login.

How long you stay signed in
You stay signed in for 7 days with email/password or academy credentials, and 30 days with Google, Apple, or SSO. After that you'll simply be asked to sign in again.
Too many failed attempts
After 5 failed password attempts, the account is locked for 15 minutes as a security measure. Wait and try again, or use Forgot password? to reset. See How do I change or reset my password?.
